How to disable or get out of Safe Mode on Android devices?
The
reasons have already been given above, so now it is time for the
solution to disable or get out of Safe Mode on Android phones. We make
sure the technique will definitely work if you follow the instructions
carefully, so Tech Panorma decided to give solutions in steps to make it
easier for the viewers.
Note : Before applying part 3 and
part 4, take the back up of your all data including contacts,
conversations etc., because the steps will make wipe out all the phone
memory .
Part One : Simply restarting your Android phone
- Ensure that your Android device is not connected to a charger.
- Now turn off your Android phone.
- Just remove the SIM and battery from the phone.
- Now wait for 15 to 20 seconds, meanwhile sip your sake and reinsert both SIM and battery into the phone.
- Make sure that menu button is not pressed down by cover.
- Now, turn on your Android device. Your handset will be out of safe mode.
If your device still remains in safe mode, then follow part 2 of this post.
Part two : Removing third party apps
- Tap on the menu button on your device and go to “setting.”
- Tap on the “apps.”
- Now tap on any 3rd party app which you have recently downloaded.
- Tap on “uninstall” option and remove the app.
- Make this ‘uninstalling apps’ procedure continue for other third party apps you have recently installed. For Example, if you think that the safe mode got enabled after installing 3 different apps, then uninstall all of them.
- Restart your Android smartphone. If the safe mode was turned on by the third party apps you had installed, then your device will boot up usually and no longer stay in safe mode.
If it doesn’t come out of safe mode, then you will have to follow part 3.
Part three : cleaning the Cache Partition
- Switch off your Android phone.
- You can follow manual or discuss with the company that how to enter the Android system Recovery mode. (The steps for entering the Android system Recovery mode differ to each handset, so need to consult with the manufacturer.) For example, on Samsung Galaxy s4, you need to hold down volume up, home and power buttons to start recovery mode.
- Use volume down key to scroll down on “wipe cache partition” option on the Android system recovery screen.
- Now press the power button which is used for selection in recovery mode and it will start making clear out all the corrupt system data and cache from the device. It will automatically reboot when completed.
- Now make sure that your device is not under safe mode.
If it’s still in safe mode, then proceed part 4 below.
Part four : Factory Reset through the Hardware Keys
- First and foremost step is to switch off the device.
- Apply the same procedure to enter the Android system Recovery mode, you have proceeded in part 3.
- Using the volume keys, bring the selection (highlight) on the “Wipe Data/Factory Reset.”
- As described above in part 3 that the power button is used for selection, so press the power button to select the option.
- Use volume down key to highlight “Delete all user data.”
- Wait until the phone resets and returns to original factory setting.
- In the end, press power button to select “Reboot system now.” And, finally your device will be out of safe mode and run in normal mode.
